perfectly positioned for city walks and landmark visits
I enjoyed my stay here, especially how convenient it was to visit the impressive Al Masjid an Nabawi, just a short walk away, and I loved that Starbucks was only a few steps from the hotel for my morning coffee before exploring the area. as a single traveler, I appreciated the comfort of the room and the helpfulness of the staff.

The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring fresh options and tasty choices. The staff was responsive to requests, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. The close proximity to the mosque made it easy for us to attend prayers, which was a highlight for our family.
In my wife's opinion, the room cleanliness needs improvement for families. The furnishings showed signs of wear, and some amenities were not up to standard.

Recommend it for families with children
I had a really nice time here. the rooms were surprisingly spacious and cozy. The bathroom was top-notch, and even though my family and I arrived way earlier than check-in, they upgraded us to a quad room right away without any hassle!
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still felt reasonable for what we got.

Location near a bustling market offers easy access to food and shopping. Each room features a kettle with ample coffee and tea supplies for a quick pick-me-up anytime. Daily housekeeping maintains a clean environment, which is appreciated after a long day.
Dusty rooms with cement crumbling from the bathroom created an unpleasant odor that was hard to ignore. The dining experience fell flat, with stale breakfast options and poorly prepared dinner that included cold and unappetizing main dishes. Overall cleanliness needs significant improvement, with dirty carpets and unwashed linens detracting from what could be a pleasant stay.
